New group for hiring

We now have an applicant group free to join for every applicant. This is to make setting up hiring dates/times much easier.

When you click any of the application trays you will also receive a link in local chat to join this group. Please keep notices/messages active to receive, you will receive notices of hiring times/dates and be offered to meet up at the landing with our GM Natsumi and other applicants - if they're free. You do not need to remain in this group once hired.
